By accessing or using LookAheadWall ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
LookAheadWall is a construction scheduling software that helps contractors create and manage lookahead schedules. The Service includes:
- Web-based scheduling application
- Mobile application for field teams
- Schedule sharing and collaboration features
- PDF export functionality
Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Free Trial
We offer a 30-day free trial. During the trial period:
- No credit card is required
- You have access to all features
- Your data will be preserved if you subscribe after the trial
- If you do not subscribe, your account will be paused and data retained for 90 days
Subscription and Payment
After the free trial, continued use requires a paid subscription:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our 30-day money-back guarantee
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
SMS/Text Messaging
LookAheadWall may send you SMS text messages as part of the Service. By using the Service and providing your phone number, you agree to the following:
- Types of Messages: We send one-time verification codes for mobile app login and one-time invite links when you are added to a project by your employer. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
- Consent: You consent to receive SMS messages when (1) your employer enters your phone number and sends you an invite through LookAheadWall, or (2) you provide your phone number and request a verification code to log in.
- Frequency: Messages are transactional only and sent on-demand when you or your employer initiates an action. There are no recurring or scheduled messages.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply. LookAheadWall is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
- No Sharing: Your phone number and SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by LookAheadWall and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for construction delays, scheduling errors, or project outcomes
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect the Service. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service will be revoked
- We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period
- You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
