SMS/Text Messaging

LookAheadWall uses SMS text messages for account verification and onboarding purposes only. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive the following types of text messages from LookAheadWall:

• Verification Codes: One-time 6-digit codes to verify your identity when logging into the mobile app
• Invite Links: A one-time SMS containing a link to set up your account when your employer adds you to a project

How you opt in: You consent to receive SMS messages in one of two ways:

• When a general contractor enters your phone number in the LookAheadWall web application and sends you an invite
• When you provide your phone number during account registration on lookaheadwall.com and request a verification code

Message frequency: Messages are transactional only — you will only receive an SMS when you or your employer initiates a specific action (login verification or account invitation). No marketing, promotional, or recurring messages are sent.

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from LookAheadWall. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all SMS messages sent and received. LookAheadWall is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Carriers supported: Messages are sent via Twilio and are compatible with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.

No sharing: We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure authentication tokens
• Regular security updates
• Access controls limiting who can view your data

Data Retention
